More details to this question:
Cps will not let me keep my grandkids with out beening supervised because of reason to believe that l abuse my kids in the past but l never went to court my kids was not court order to be removed out of my custody and I was not never chager for any charges of any reason to believe. They close all reports in saying that l did not appeal with in 30 days.

Next to impossible. Sue them, and see if you can subpoena the records, and/or change the report.
