More details to this question:
My daughter would like to move in with her mother. She's 14 and I don't mind but the Mississippi courts keep telling me that we have to have a lawyer so I can have some kind of paperwork. We were wanting to know if we filed a notarized agreement asking for it to be adopted as a court order if that would be enough or is there something else we would have to do.

The custody order will remain in effect until changed by the court. If you want to change custody, you need to have the court change the order. You should consult directly with a lawyer before making this move.
