How can I access a 1920 divorce file involving a deceased grandparent? I want to look at the file for genealogy purposes. In my state, divorce files are sealed. I filed a petition with the family court. What do I do if it is denied?

Don't worry about it until it is denied. If it is denied, get a local attorney to help you out.
