How do I ask the courts for temporary spousal support?

More details to this question:
How to ask the court for Temporary Spousal Support from a husband who was unemployed when we first married, now he makes 12k a month? I filed a complaint for divorce and does not want to pay spousal support. He has 2 residences, I have 0, and that includes my current income too - zero. Help!

You need the divorce order to enter a temporary order awarding you temporary spousal maintenance (and a lump sum for you to retain an attorney) while the divorce is pending.

In Idaho you may be entitled to spousal maintenance, but usually only for the time necessary to get you back on your fee. However, if he used community funds to buy the houses, you may have a half interest. You really need to talk with an attorney about this.
