How do I change my daughter's last name?

My youngest daughter has my oldest daughter's fathers last name and not her biological father. How do I change her last name?

You need to check with the Vital Records department that issued the birth certificate. They can advise you on the necessary forms that must be signed by the various persons involved. If the wrong father is listed as the father, it will probably require a court order to make any changes. If no father is listed and the only change is to a different last name, it may be possible to accomplish the change without a court order.
