More details to this question:
My divorce agreement states NCP is to pay mortgage taxes and insurance on home in lieu of child support. NCP.has defaulted past 5 yrs. Home is now in short sale. Am I entitled to the past 5 yrs in arrears based on C. S.income. I only became a wear of this due to a foreclosure notice at my door 8 months ago.
