QUESTION

how do i determine if my custody order is perminant?

Asked on Nov 11th, 2013 on Child Custody - Colorado
More details to this question:
I currently have a court order which restricts parenting time to my ex-wife. This order was given 2 years ago. This order states I have complete physical custody and the right to determine whether she can contact the children based on whether I feel she is a danger to them. It states the order will remain intact until one of the partied petitions to modify the order. My question is how do I make these orders perminant ? Are the currently considered perminant ?
