Each state is different on the procedures for filing a response to a Divorce. You will need to consult with a divorce attorney in the state of jurisdiction where the divorce is filed for the answer.

Get the proper response forms, prepare your response, mail it to the court (along with a copy for your records file stamped/showing they did receive it, and a stamped envelope for them to send it back to you). Serve your response on the opposing party/opposing attorney, file the Proof of Service form showing when and where the other party was served. You will need to appear at the court on your court date to testify at your hearing.

Prepare it and mail it to the court, serve a copy on the other side. most courts allow parties to appear for the hearing by telephone. Call the court to find out if you can do that good luck.
