How do I file for a simple uncontested divorce without an attorney?

My husband of 23 1/2 years abandoned the marriage. I would like to just get a simple divorce and be done with it. There are no young children, no assets to split nor marital property, just a simple divorce, uncontested. Where do I go to get the paperwork to do this myself because I can't afford the outrageous fees for something so simple?
