More details to this question:
My ex and I have joint custody but he has physical. He seem to think that this mean he has all control over very thing.when I can see her when I cant. she is 13 And is afraid to do anything over my house.I say yeah you can get your ears pieced and I call to tell her dad that I am letting her get a second hole in her ear and she freaks out and say no dont you have to ask......? I am no longer going to let him tell me how to raise her with what little time I get. I did not lose her I had no where to live when we got divorced and just had a baby and was bouncing between my parents and my soon to be husband parents while he was it boot camp for the marines. She need to be in school and he had never hurt her he was a good dad but a crappy husband... It seem now that he is starting to be more controlling. THANK GOD FOR HIS GIRL FRIEND SHE GET THE MOST OF IT. So I dont know if he is verbally or mentally toward her but I know he is to the girl friend.....

You would need to go back to the court that granted the divorce and request modification of either the custody or visitation, depending on what your decree says.  If you live in Cuyahoga or Lorain Counties you can contact me. Susan Weaver 216 373-2555
