QUESTION

How do I file for divorce?

Asked on Jan 10th, 2015 on Divorce - New Hampshire
More details to this question:
My husband and I got married in Lynn, Ma. We lived in NH together, but he moved back to his home state of FL. I'm not sure how to go about filing for divorce. We both agree and are not fighting over anything. We do not have kids or own a home together. it would be a no contest I believe is what it is called.

If you are looking to file on your own, you may obtain the forms from the court or online from the NH Judicial Branch website.  There are several forms that you and your husband will need to complete and file with the court.  If you and your husband agree to terms then you may file jointly.  You may also want to discuss the settlement terms with attorney before you sign to make sure you understand the impact of the agreement.  Many thanks
