More details to this question:
Hello. I’m 16 I’m turning 17 in March. I have been living outside of my moms home and working since May of 2017. I have a debit card. A car in my name, insurance in my name and I pay rent and for gas. My utilities are paid for in my home. I just pay rent gas food phone bill and car insurance. How would I go about being emancipated to further go on with my education and looking for places to live so I’m not stuck in one place to further my future. TIA

It is uncertain what, precisely, you are trying to accomplish and how you believe a change in legal status would assist in that effort, so it might be a good idea to consult with a legal adviser -- you may have access through your school (there used to be such programs at both CCCC and UNLV, and some high schools have legal consultation programs).  If nothing else, free short consultations are offered every Thursday afternoon at the Family Court.  For an explanation of the legal process, consider consulting the self-help center explanation and guidance regarding forms, which you can view here.  If that does not answer your questions, the statutes are on line, and you should consider consulting with a family law specialist.
