I applied for child support back in April. I have provided them with all of my child's father's information and DCSS keeps telling me they are unable to serve him. I was a stay-at-home-mom when I was with her father and when we finally left, we left with nothing. I can't find work because I don't have child care or the finances to pay for it. I missed 2 job interviews because I couldn't afford child care. I'm in a desperate situation and I need to get a child support order so we can get back on our feet. What can I do to make this happen? Thanks!
