Child will be 2 years old this June. Father left before child was 2 months old. He rarely contacts me, has only seen child a handful of times and was not direct. Child doesn't know who he is. No support was made (not court ordered). Only contacts for drama, has discussed signing rights over with an individual that told me directly, that person said he would be a bad father if he did so now he refuses to sign rights over but does not care to have anything to do with child. Nor does he so much as check up on her.
There is no "signing rights over" in Indiana unless the child is being adopted by a new father. You are not going to get his parenting time suspended unless you show harm to the child (which is different than proving that the dad doesn't deserve them).
