My ex husband is currently Active Army with a new wife. He has our kids for the summer our agreement was August 1st before my oldest daughter starts school. He now has cornered me to December’s winter break! He tells me how I need my own place in order to get my children back. I am main custodial and they reside with me. I am in process of getting my own apartment, but I need help trying to get my children back BEFORE they start school in Texas which is in August. He tells me if I go to Texas it would be kidnapping and will file for full custody. I know I’m not perfect, but I know I’m a fit mother that works very hard to keep her children happy and safe!
