The best advice is for you to see an experienced family law attorney in your area. In Arizona there are self service forms and instructions available online. Here is a link to the Maricopa County self service center page with the family law forms and instructions: http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/FamilyCourt/

The best and easiest (albeit not necessarily the least expensive) way to learn about and go about filing for divorce is to find and meet with an excellent divorce and family law attorney. If you want to try to get a divorce without an attorney's help, this can be done, and the best way to start is to search online for information and resources about DIY divorces. Another great way to learn about resources available to you to file for divorce without the assistance of an attorney is to call the local law schools and office of the Bar Association to ask about free or inexpensive legal clinics, seminars, and form sources.
