More details to this question:
The father of my unborn child has moved to a different state and I would like him to pay child support. He also currently owes me $630 and has committed credit card and wire fraud with my credit card and bank. I have recently figured out his permanent address and I would like to know all of the legal actions I can take against him immediately.

You can file a action for paternity and child support in the State where the child was conceived. You can also go to your local child support service department. They would open a case and refer the matter to the County where the Father lives now and start a case against him there.

After your child is born, contact your local prosecutor's office, who can collect child support for you.
