How do I make my ex pay child support from another state?

More details to this question:
I live in Pennsylvania and I have a child support case in Maryland for my 10 year old daughter. He has never paid and the arrears stand at about 12,000. I never received anything from him but he's not being made to pay. Help!

You need to go to your county family division and file. They will register the Maryland Order and start the enforcement process.

You need to proceed with a contempt action in the county/state that your ex lives in.
