I am needing to modify my divorce decree. I have had my son since last Dec 2013 and I have not recvd any help with my son from his father. In our decree it states that the father has physical custody but I have had him since last year. What do I need to do to get the right papers filed so that I have physical custody?

Matters pertaining to children and alimony may be modified by filing a motion to modify in your divorce case. Property and debt division may not be modified
