How do I move to FL with my 7 week old daughter without my ex pressing Kidnaping charges in TX?

My boyfriend and I got into a BIG fight the other night. During the fight he pushed me on the couch and aginst the door, he tryed to choke me, called me horrible names and when I tryed to get our daughter and leave him he took my car keys and wouldn't let me get near our daughter. While he was trying to choke me I started trying to hit him to get him off of me. I didn't call the cops or anything because he had the phone. Where were living right now doesn't have running water to our buliding. I told him that we were over and that I'm going to leave and take our daughter and move to FL. My dad is the only person I can live with. Well my bf and his mom are saying that if I leave and take our daughter that they will press charges aginst me. I'm scared for my life and my daughters life. I don't care about Child Support. I just want to get away from him so we can be safe. I'm not going to leave my daughter behind.
