How do I obtain a civil harassment restraining order?

My daughter’s husband is extremely violent. He threatened to contact ICE and have my wife deported if my daughter files for divorce. He has made death threats toward his landlord if she evicted him. We have gotten into verbal and physical altercations with this individual. He is a repeat domestic violence offender. He currently has a warrant out for his arrest for assaulting my daughter last November. I want him to stay away from my house and grand child school
