More details to this question:
I'm 20 years old. My childhood was very difficult, my mom was a drug addict so I ended living with relatives but they were abusive and I left when I was 18 years old. I didn't take my documents with me and they said they don't have it anymore at this point on my life I have no way to prove who I am. I don't even know where I was born. I have old copies but nothing else. My mom is missing and the few relatives don't want to help me. Please Help! Thanks
It shouldnt be difficult. You can go on line and find out. The PA Department of Vital Statistics birth and death records. There is one in downtown Pittsburgh and there was one in New Castle. You can call or order on line. They usually require a completed form and a check or money order for, like $10.00. As for SS, call them or go on line. You can get a driver's license application on line or at any PA Department of Motor Vehicles Driver's Center. I think you can get a state photo ID there too.
