How do I start divorce and child support process?

Hello, my husband just told me he want to divorce and that he want me to sign under his conditions which are basically to reject any possession like the house or the money or any other thing. I have been a stay at home mom since one month ago that I started to work. The house and everything we have was bought with his money. Am i protected by any law?

You don't have to agree to his terms. He will have to pay child support and all property, including his 401k and retirement is subject to division.
