The lawyer presented paperwork immediately prior to the first family court hearing that had to be initialed section by section, and signed. This included a statement that my son had abused the other party. He did not, so when he came to that statement, he said, no, I'm not initialing this. The lawyer said "It doesn't mean you're admitting guilt, just acknowledging that the other party stated that you did", so he initialed it. I was there with him, I heard the lawyer say it. Now, months later, he said my son admitted guilt by initialing and signing that document! What can he do?
You will have a difficult time in this sort of matter, but you could sue him or file a grievance against him with the Attorney Grievance Commission. Good Luck.
