More details to this question:
I am looking to change my entire name; first, middle, and last, and I would like to know how the process works, what exactly a lawyer can take care of, and how much the process costs. I am 23. Does a lawyer help with the process of changing all accounts to the new name in regards to student loans?

Name changes are simple, so long as the reason for the name change is legitimate.  It is the simple matter of a name change petition with the court.  A lawyer can do it pretty simply.  the process should not cost more than 1000.00.   as far as changing the names on your accounts, that would be your responsibility and you would have to comply with all the set forth by your lenders.
