QUESTION

HOW DOES POTENTIAL INCOME FACTOR IN WHEN STARTING A NEW JOB?

Asked on May 22nd, 2014 on Child Support - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I WAS FIRED FROM MY JOB. I'M COLLECTING UNEMPLOYMENT AND IT IS PAYING MY CHILD SUPPORT. I FILED FOR A MODIFICATION AND WAS DENIED BECAUSE I WAS FIRED AND TOLD ABOUT POTENTIAL INCOME. I'M LOOKING FOR A JOB BUT THERE ISN'T ANYTHING OUT THERE CLOSE TO WHAT I MADE. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I HAVE TO TAKE A REALLY LOW PAYING JOB. I DON'T HAVE ANY EDUCATION TO GET A HIGH PAYING JOB. MOST FACTORY JOBS START LOW AND IN MY AREA MOST ARE BEING LAID OFF.

Update Your Profile
Keep track of every job application you fill out, every resume you send, every phone call you make, and every interview you have had. If you end up with a low paying job after having made a diligent search for work, file for a modification of support--bring that proof and you will likely have your amount lowered.
