My ex husband and I have been separated & have not even seen each other in 5 years. No communication at all. We have no assets or anything together as we were only married for a year. I've been in a new relationship and we would like to get married rather soon but I have yet to get a divorce because I just can't afford it, nor do I even know where my ex is.
