I am forcefully married when I was 16 years old in Iran. Right now I am in the US and I came as a refugee. My claim was that I became Christian. At the time of marriage I was Muslim.

If you are now a resident of one of the United States and you satisfy that state's residency requirements, you can file for divorce in the U.S.

You need to meet the state residence requirement to file suit for divorce. In Texas that means living in the state for 6 months and the county for 90 days. I suggest you hire a lawyer.

If you have been a resident of the State of California for six months and have lived in the same County for the last 3 months, then you qualify to file for divorce here under irreconcilable differences.
