More details to this question:
We have been married since 06 however found out that my past divorce was a fraud and had to refile which then had to remarry in 08. My husband is trying to use the 08 date. Is this due to the amount of alimony? What about the fact that he claimed married and claimed my daughter and me since 06 on taxes?
