After 23yrs of marriage, how long & how much maintance should i receive from my ex? I moved out Jan 2014 & he lives in a house mortage free, has normal household bills. Our 2 daughters live w/ him {their choice} as they are 21 & 18yrs old, I am not working rt now & have been living off a partical financial agreement that we signed while in mediation back in Dec. 2013 & that money is basically gone. We will be going to court.
