It depends upon the judge, the attorney for the child, and the prosecutor, as well as the nature of the crime, the age of the child, the child's criminal history, and whether there is a statutory minimum and maximum sentence for the crime.

Depends on the nature of the crime, the age and maturity of the minor who committed the crime, level of remorse, if any, level of harm caused to the victim(s). In OK, certain crimes those at age 16 and up can be treated presumptive as adults, and even down to age 13 for the crime of murder.
