How should I handle a delinquent divorce settlement?

To this day March 3, 2015, my ex-husband has not complied in our divorce settlement. Our divorce was final March 28, 2013 after almost 29 years of marriage. The agreement was to be paid to me by April 1, 2014. He is currently living in our home with his new wife. This home and property has both our names on it and so does the loan. It has been recommended for me to put a lien on the home and property. I am a patient person, but I feel like I am being disrespected by him.

Record the judgment for divorce. Are there any other assets from which to get what you ate owed?
