i made the mistake of putting my son biological father last name on the birth certificate but he has never been in his life which he is seven urs old. he has never paid any form of child supportor has provided anything for my son. how do i change his last name without getting the biological father involved?

After all these years, no contact, no support, you would be safer filing to terminate his rights, than get the name change. Almost for sure that you will get the termination.
