I have a 10 year old daughter, I was never marry to her father. He has never pay any child support nor seen her in about 9 1/2 years I don't know his where about. so I will like to know if I can have my husband adopt her I been marry almost 9 years and he is the only person she knows as a father

It is very likely that your Husband will be allowed to adopt your daughter. Your Husband will have to file for the adoption and follow the applicable court rules.
