You did a pretty good job of phrasing the request. Actually drafting a decree in proper language is a bit more technical, of course -- the language has to be clear enough to be enforceable. But the courts will go to some length, normally, to assist you, both on general principles and because of the new legislation designed to assist military embers in custody cases.
