Been with the mother for 4yrs she refused getting a dna test and now she disappeared. We broke up before while she was pregnant I don't know his name or birthday. How do I go about taking her to court if I can't find her and I don't know anything about the child. I do think he is my child.

In  order to get into court to obtain testing or custody you need her address in order for her to be served. Hire an investigator.
