QUESTION

How to prove employment is permanent

Asked on Mar 14th, 2014 on Divorce - New Jersey
More details to this question:
At DJOD, 8/26/13, ex-wife was unemployed. Had been separated for 4 years. for alimony her income was supposed to be calculated by panelist/court clerk at $22,484 (mine was $80,000). Ex-wife amazingly has job 2 weeks later with base salary $42,000 (and rental income of $12,000 totaling $54,000. In Change of Circumstance motion 6 months later judge ruled her job was not permanent enough. Have filed motion to reconsider. This is a highly visible non-entry level position at a major bank. Ex-wife's medical benefits have already kicked in. Has been at job 7 months now.
