How to request and e-file a continuance?

More details to this question:
Domestic violence Divorce filed 5/2018. October 3, 2018 Judge listed out orders due Nov 2, 2018. Since the deadline of Nov 3, EX hasn't completed anything. His attorney has file 1)Dec 18-motion to leave court 2) Feb 6-motion for distrubution of funds. I need to request a continuance also need to complete a motion to enforce.

If there was domestic violence, you may be able to get an attorney through Legal Aid. I'm not sure was a Motion to Leave Court is, but you certainly need an attorney to address the Motion for Distribution of Funds and if you want to file a Motion to Enforce.
