How would I go about getting a legal separation?

My husband moved to Pennsylvania in Nov.2015. I do not have much money to get legal help.

There is no legal separation in S.C. You can get a separate maintainance and support decree, but short of that divorce is your only option. If you qualify, you may get help from Legal Aid.
