More details to this question:
I called the attorney general to let them know that my child has been living with me for several months. They said I would have to get an affidavit notarized and send it to them before they would do anything. What affidavit would that be?

Update Your Profile
Get an attorney and modify the order, otherwise your duty to pay her still exists and you will have to go to court and get credit for periods of possession. Also if you go to court now, then not only do you get to stop your obligation, but the court will also give the other parent the obligation to pay support.
