How would I go about moving out or emancipation?

I'm 17 and want to move out once I graduate in November but my parents keep telling me I can't until I'm 18 or they won't let me. I have a job, have someone to sign a lease, and make enough money to live on my own. I know in PA to get emancipated you have to put in a petition and live on your own. I can live on my own but my parents are telling me that I can't so how could I go about emancipation since they are making it almost impossible.
