What are my rights if my husband walked out on our 26 years of marriage with out giving a reason . He abandon me and my 23 year old son ,who is still living with us.He left while i was away taking care of my sick mom. Still has not giving me reason or has confronted me.Has not called .I want to be ahead of my self.He has a lawyer friend who has advise him on what to do. I have no one.I need advice.
