I am no longer employed & pursuing disability - cannot make child support payments

More details to this question:
march 2012 went on short term disability & then lost job. pursuing disability with Social Security but i have no income. My current husband has been making reduced payments for me since i have no income at all. My ex-husband has been working with me but is now beginning to talk about taking me back to court. I cannot make my child support payments. need advice on how to handle this.
