My ex never showed up for court in the beginning twice the second time I was ordered to pay child support and the case was dismissed so I did not get a fair trial and none of the order for visitation rights was followed when she was the one who took my kids to another state Florida and defaulted on showing up for court and left me with all the bills in 1993 so With all that I fell behind on child support and arrears it's been 24 years and have not gotten a legal divorce and owe $ 47, 000 on child support and arrears as I could not catch up when arears started kicking in after 12 weeks of falling behind and also becoming indigent but was denied in 2006 several times for benefit from social security and falling more behind on child support back then now I injured both ankles and I'm applying hoping to get disability after suffering for 11 years before trying to pay for daily living expenses and child support disabled from one leg in pain for 11 years and after a doctor misdiagnosed
