Need a divorce attorney. Will lawyers accept collection of their fees, AFTER I receive my settlement? I have no upfront money.. Your answer to me was to search the list of answered Questions and f would find my info. NO WHERE was this topic addressed. So I am asking again. I have no cash for a retainer. Will a lawyer accept his Payment after my settlement, which will a large one.

You should be able to find an attorney that is willing to accept a fee after the settlement. The attorney will make this decision based on various factors.
