I believe I was served with fake court documents regarding my parenting plan, what can I do?

More details to this question:
I was served with court documents regarding the reopening of a case from two years ago. There is no stamp from the clerk's office but there is listed a court date that was a month prior to the person who served me receiving the paperwork. There are three pages but the first says page 1 of 2 while others both state page 2 of 2. I have called the court clerk and she verified that no activity has taken place on the case. My question is can he get in trouble for having me served with these papers?
