I don't know where to begin.

More details to this question:
My husband of 17 yrs. has been living and working in Hong Kong for IBM since December 19, 2011.  He will be there at least till December 2013.  He wants a divorce and wants me to file.  He first wants me and my 13 yr. old daughter to find a different place to live other then our house.....by January.  Then he plans to stop paying the mortage forcing the house into foreclosure.   I am 50 yrs. old and I can't work due to many health issues....the primary one being Parkinsons for almost 10 yrs.  I also have had 6 surgeries since 2006.  I have to wait for him to come up with the money for a consultation and the retainer fee.  He threatens me a lot about dissapearing and then he won't give us any money.  I'm also very concerned about him forcing the house into foreclosure.  Help.....I don't know where to begin.

The best way to begin is to consult immediately with a local divorce attorney. With a husband working overseas there can be complications both in terms of support payments and division of pension/401k/IRA accounts.
