What could be the attorneys'' problem/reason to do that ?
is that legally attorneys'' choise to refuse service. 6 Months is too long, shouldn''t be some attorneys'' obligation under the VA law againts to allow my formal representation. In fact, can he interrupt and take control of my life , make financial and phsycal arrangement with my life without formal representation during this times. Do I have a case againts it. what tipe of case?
The opposing counsel represents your spouse and does not have to do anything to make your job easier.
