I have married my ex husband again and I was wondering if we divorce again would our old divorce decree go into effect or a new divorce decree

I've been married to my ex husband again for about 3 years. I ahd alot of issues during our last divorce and I signed over pretty much everything to him custody house all that. My question is if we divorce again could the old divorce papers go into effect or will it be all new papers drawn up and stuff.

Hi, no it will not go into effect. It will be a new divorce decree, including equitable division of assets and liabilities.
