I have court ordered visitation to see and get my son, however, his mother has not been allowing me to see him in over a year. I have been to court but every time they have not been able to serve her papers. What can i do?

If you know where she lives, then service can be perfected by a "special process server" who will actually search for her until she can be served. You should take to a local attorney about this.
